Sarah Webb

Hello, I’m Sarah — and I’m passionate about helping families feel more connected, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges together.

Family life can be busy, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming. Whether you’re noticing changes in behaviour, struggling to communicate effectively, facing big life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your family dynamic — I offer practical guidance and supportive coaching to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Family Coaching Approach

I believe that every family has strengths, even when things feel difficult. My role is to help you uncover them — and create positive steps forward. I offer a warm, respectful, goal-focused space where parents, children and families can explore what isn’t working and discover new ways of communicating, relating and managing emotions at home.

I work with:

  • Parents seeking guidance and strategies

  • Children and young people (5–18)

  • Family relationship challenges

  • Behavioural concerns or emotional difficulties

  • Communication breakdown and conflict

  • Life transitions (separation, grief, identity, school changes, etc.)

  • Low confidence or self-esteem

  • Setting goals and creating achievable action plans

What We Can Work On Together

Through family coaching, we can explore and build:

  • Healthy communication within the family

  • Stronger parent-child relationships

  • Emotional understanding and regulation

  • Practical strategies for behaviour and boundaries

  • Confidence and resilience in young people

  • Clear goals and routines that support wellbeing

  • Ways to reduce stress and tension at home

Sessions are collaborative and focused on real-life solutions you can implement day-to-day. Coaching is not about perfection — it’s about moving towards a calmer, more connected, and supportive family life.

Creating Positive Change

Families often tell me that coaching helps them:

  • Understand each other better

  • Feel more equipped to tackle challenges

  • Break unhelpful patterns

  • Communicate more clearly

  • Feel less overwhelmed

  • Build stronger bonds and routines

Together, we focus on what’s happening now, what needs attention, and how to move forward in a way that works for everyone.

Moving Forward – Together

I aim to provide a space where every voice matters — where parents feel supported and children feel heard. With the right tools and guidance, families can grow, adapt and thrive, even through challenging times.

If you’d like to explore how coaching could support your family, I’d be delighted to connect with you.
